We use American made space age materials to convert a varied and growing list of domestic and metric bikes. Via a full spectrum of proprietary and patent pending designs or processes, The Trinity Trike Mfg has come up with leading edge technologies for a modular trike system which allow affordable conversion of a wide variety of bikes heretofore thought of as "un-trike-able." Although completed and running trike conversions are featured throughout this website, Trinity Trike does not produce nor sell finished, "turn key" trikes (i.e. those ready to drive away). Our business is designing and producing unique component assemblies that are to be installed on your "donor" motorcycle. These installations are accomplished via a growing network of authorized dealers and independent installers as well as "factory" installations done here in Hudson, FL for our local customer base.
Use this price list as your shopping list guide. However, your actual prices will be given to you in a detailed quote which is drawn up for each customer after the conversion options and shipping decisions have been made after discussions with your local dealer or with the factory. In the latter case, a quick email with your preferences as to year, make, model of the donor bike along with your choices for fenders, finishing desired and whether or not you want tires and wheels will expidite the process. Such quotes will often identify one or more components from the customer's donor vehicle that may have to be sent to the factory for special modifications as part of the conversion project. Your specific quote will stipulate all the details of your custom build and any core/returns requirement.
The conversion assemblies listed immediately below consist of all the running gear components such as wheel hubs, axles, supporting tubes, mountings, installed donor pulley/sprocket/shaft, brake caliper, master cylinder, brake disk, differential and swingarm cover plate as well as the means to relocate the exhaust if and when needed. There are of course a few options you need to add before you can have a street legal conversion. Chief among these are fenders, wheels and tires listed below or which you can obtain yourself locally. Factory pre-assembly and/or full installation charges are separate as are the machining up-charges for certain shaft drive models.
These units are not "one size fits all" conversions as evidenced by the factory alteration of one or more donor parts. Each donor bike model is carefully engineered taking into account the wheelbase, rear tracking, tire sizes and overall triangulation and the geometry of the finished vehicle. Thus a Trinity Trike could use the stock wheelbase or move it back by as much as 7.5" and almost always lowers the center of gravity (and usually the seat height as well). It may have anywhere from 47" to 54" rear outside track measurement and use rims from 13" up thru 16" that have tire treads ranging from 175R75's up to 255R45's. Our goal is always rock solid highway speed tracking and optimal low speed handling.
